With a planning application for high quality new homes going to committee, Thakeham sought to inform members about their proposals—highlighting benefits of the scheme and addressing any concerns raised during the public consultation.
MPC Creative were commissioned to design a brochure for residents of the Sutton Estate, Chelsea. The brochure needed to generate excitement for Affinity Sutton's proposals, emphasising key benefits that would come as a result of redevelopment.
