Nick Webb

Director, MPC Cymru

Nick joined MPC in 2008 and now leads MPC’s activities in Wales and Birmingham. Recently he secured over 2,000 supporters for a retail development in central Birmingham. Previously Nick has been involved in helping to gain consent for a retirement village despite an officer’s recommendation for refusal and high profile regeneration projects in London and Gloucester. With an interest in local government and urban policy it is often Nick who looks into the intricacies of local political developments. He is an experienced media performer who has featured on live TV and radio debates.

In 2015, Nick was the Conservative candidate for Newport West and is currently a trustee of the Welsh Refugee Council.

Highlight at MPC? Helping to secure planning consent for what was to become the tallest building in Ealing.
