Insight Report and Action Plan

On every project we research and draft a relevant and focused document designed to identify the key stakeholders, key issues, opportunities and next steps for any scheme. We call this our Insight Report and Action Plan.

Meeting the key players

Once identified we seek to meet key stakeholder in order to identify their issues, concerns and objectives.

Public consultation

We tailor programmes of public consultation which meet the clients' objectives and satisfy the requirements of the local Statement of Community Involvement and the Planning Act 2004.

Preparation for planning committee

We will co-ordinate preparations for planning committee meetings including presentations. We will also present at a committee meeting.

Media and issues monitoring

We undertake focused and relevant monitoring of the local media and ongoing issues throughout the project.

Project management

We will undertake project co-ordination and management.

Training

We provide training to businesses on planning, politics and public consultation.
