Frank Browne

Frank has been an active member of the Conservative Party for over 25 years.  He served as a unitary councillor for 12 years; six as council leader where he was politically responsible for a budget of £250m, 4000 staff and key services including education, social services, housing, planning and highways.

He has significant experience of issue led and political campaigns; he was Theresa May's candidates aide and then campaign director and has worked on Boris Johnson's Mayoral campaign and the 2008 Obama presidential campaign in North Carolina.

He is the author of a number of articles for various industry publications including Public Affairs.
