Business Development Manager – Regions

Location:
Bath/Bristol

Salary:
£35K-£45K pro rata

Hours:
4 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development – Work with Office Directors to create well-qualified opportunities to pitch based on referrals from offices.
Tendering and Pitch Management – Source appropriate tendering opportunities and Lead on content development and consistency for pitches and tenders
Event Management – Responsible for the delivery of Business Development events
Marketing – Work with Office Directors to generate campaign ideas with the support of a Marketing Assistant

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Articulate, with good verbal and written communication
  • A client centric attitude that prizes accessibility, responsiveness and quality
  • Database management
  • The ability to work on multiple projects to deadlines
  • Previous business development experience
  • Interest in politics or housing
  • Ability to demonstrate drive, proactivity and thinking innovatively
  • Ability to work with a range of different personalities in pursuit of a common goal

Account Manager

Location:
Bath/Bristol

Salary:
£25K - £35K + Bonus

Hours:
Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Client and Project Work – To sell and manage projects, meet clients and construct fee proposals from a brief. Prepare for and run public exhibitions, including liaison with wider consultant team and clients.

Account Development – Maintain positive relationships with clients, driving existing strategy and pushing opportunities for growth and new projects. Suggest new products based on client needs and to ensure the company stays one step ahead of competitors.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Articulate, with good verbal and written communication
  • A client centric attitude that prizes accessibility, responsiveness and quality
  • Research skills
  • The ability to work on multiple projects to deadlines
  • Interest in politics or housing
  • Ability to demonstrate drive, proactivity and thinking innovatively
  • Previous experience of political campaigning
  • An interest in social media as a tool for engagement
  • A full UK driving license
